Employee Affinity Program
A real estate affinity program is a value-added program that complements other corporate benefits offered to a company’s employee base. The program provides access to a variety of services available to assist employees who may be considering the purchase of their first home or a home sale and a subsequent purchase of a larger or smaller home. The program includes access to the following:
- A network of professional and experienced real estate agents who are able to provide advice, counsel and guidance throughout the real estate transaction. Ensures that the purchase is a sound and relocation- compliant investment and that the transaction itself is smooth and stress-free.
- Two reputable mortgage lenders who are able to provide a wide range of home financing solutions, fast pre-qualification and low lender fees.
- Moving Services: United Relocation Group is available to provide any of the following services at the same negotiated discount provided in the Relocation Program.
- Packing, Loading and Transportation of the household goods from one home to another
- Full value replacement coverage of up to $100,000 on household goods shipments at no charge.
- Boxes for the employee who desires to pack his own household goods while having United Relocation Group load and deliver to the new location
- Used Boxes (available in most locations) for the employee who desires to pack and move his own household goods
- Over four hundred fifty storage facilities around the country for employees that may need short or long term storage
In addition to the quality services that are available, there is also a monetary benefit to the employee.
- For the employee who makes a home purchase, $550.00 will be credited to the employee on the closing statement to cover the cost of a home inspection. The property has to close for the credit to be provided.
- For the employee who intends to list and sell a home, a home warranty will be provided and up to $550.00 will be provided on the closing statement to cover a home warranty.
