THE PROCESS
United Relocation Group Consultant explains the home finding process and serves as a resource and advocate through closing.
The Consultant will:
- Assign an experienced, relocation trained real estate agent to work closely with the employee and assist with their search
- Arrange for the mailing of a personalized information package on the destination (local statistics, housing options, shopping; recreational facilities, schools, places of worship) as well as any additional requested information
- Arrange for an orientation tour of the new area to identify potential communities
- Provide access to Preferred Lenders offering competitive rates and the ability to pre-qualify the employee prior to the home finding trip
- Guide the employee through the purchase negotiation process
- Review Good Faith Estimates, Closing procedures and the preliminary Settlement Statement as requested
