THE PROCESS

A United Relocation Group Consultant serves as the single point of accountability throughout the move.

The Consultant:

• Determines the employee's move requirements per client policy
• Explains the move process, including the client's relocation policy, and answers any questions
• Selects and assigns the appropriate move coordinator
• Orders a household goods survey
• Arranges the packing, shipment and delivery of the employee's household goods
• Arranges for services not covered by policy (with prior client approval)
• Monitors the move progress and ensures service quality
• Arranges for valuation coverage and assists employees with claims
• Ensures that clients are billed only for authorized services
• Resolves any other move issues
